Leisure Travel Consultant
We are seeking experienced Leisure Travel Consultants who enjoy providing outstanding customer service when planning vacation travel for clients. One must have knowledge of key suppliers and destinations worldwide, be skilled and creative in travel planning, and have fundamental CRS skills. One must be able to assess customer needs, meet quality standards for services, and be able to evaluate customer satisfaction. One must have geographic knowledge and be adept at describing important physical and cultural features of destinations that you are selling. And, one must have knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services that are important to our clients. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques, and CRM tools. This position can be either commission or salary based and one may work either virtually or in one of our office locations.

Corporate Travel Consultant
We are seeking experienced Corporate Travel Consultants who enjoy providing outstanding customer service when planning business travel for clients. One must have knowledge of Apollo/Focalpoint air, car, hotel and rail booking functions, have experience in both domestic and international travel planning, be familiar with the use of consolidators, and be able to work in a fast paced and high volume work environment within a team framework. Maintaining and enhancing customer relationships is fundamental to the success of this position. You must be able to provide timely and accurate information to clients. this position is salary based and is based in our downtown Santa Barbara corporate office.
